Pretty girl wearing pink and green lacey and detailed cowl, Garden Terrace Infinity Scarf, cowl crochet pattern by Susan Carlson of Felted Button | Colorful Crochet Patterns

Garden Terrace Infinity Scarf Crochet Pattern

Prepare for photo-overload as I can't seem to get enough of my latest design!

The Garden Terrace Infinity Scarf reminds me of a lovely terraced garden bursting with the colors of any season! Soft drape, lacey texture and versatility is what makes this design so fabulous, in my humble opinion!

Wear it  layered and close around the neck for a "collared" look.

Wrap the infinity twice around like a cowl and let it fall, with little spots of both colors peeking through the lace.

Or drape it softly hanging long in the front or back for an elegant flowing scarf.

It seems that there are MANY ways to wear this but the options with color and yarn are vast, too! I've worked one up in blue and white--adding a little additional accent in a lighter blue. I love how it totally changes up the look. So then it got me thinking...

What if I tried a sparkly, dressy yarn (this one is Red Heart Swanky--a worsted weight)?? And wrapped it like a collar and tied it with a sweet satin ribbon??

Yes!! I'm loving this design. By the way, it is written in an adult size but contains the multiples # so it can be worked up to any length you want. Pick a fingering or lace weight yarn, smaller hook and make it for a little girl to feel so fancy at a party!!

If you want to get your "hooks" on this pattern, you can find it in my shops:
